Workaround for downloading CAB Abstracts from OVID to RefWorks

A few weeks ago, we reported to OVID a problem with CAB Abstracts not parsing properly into RefWorks.  For example, the field that should just have the journal name includes the year, volume, issue, page numbers and number of references. As a result, when you use RefWorks to create a bibliography in MS Word it may not be properly formatted and will include the publication date twice.

In case you are experiencing the same problem, our colleague Frank Campbell created a handout with a temporary workaround, using the RIS output format.  As the handout notes, even this output requires a quick change of the format type: https://upenn.box.com/s/8s19qpgc9bf7ir05jmv7
