Using the Google Search Operator “site:”

If you are trying to search for content within a website that does not have its own indexing feature (i.e. a search box), try this easy shortcut from Google using the search operator “site:”.  For example, if you want to find out about the President’s actions and policies on the environment, you would go to google.com and type site:www.barackobama.com environment into the search box.  Note: Do not include a space between site: and the website domain.  For information about this and additional Google Search Operators, see: http://www.googleguide.com/advanced_operators.html
